Agosto ha llegado, y  es frecuente que empecemos a pensar en nuestro peso en vistas a la próxima temporada veraniega.

Cuando hablamos de exceso de peso debemos recordar que principalmente, es una cuestión de Salud, ya que puede producir incapacidad, muerte temprana,  debido a las enfermedades asociadas a la obesidad (cardiovasculares, accidentes cerebrovasculares, Diabetes, Osteoartritis y Cáncer)

¿Qué es lo que nos causa el exceso de peso?

Nuestras recomendaciones, que consideramos básicas, son:

  • DESAYUNE durante la primera media hora después de despertar
  • Coma cada 3 horas (excepto mientras duerme) respetando las 4 comidas principales y 2 colaciones. Aliméntese de verduras, frutas y carnes magras. Evite en lo posible: el azúcar, las harinas, las grasas, las bebidas carbonatadas, el alcohol y el café. Puede ayudarlo visitar a un Nutricionista para organizar y controlar su modo de alimentarse.
  • Beba mas de 2-3 litros de agua por día
  • ¡Muévase! Caminar durante 30 minutos tres veces por semana es lo mínimo que puede hacer por Ud. Sugerimos que elija alguna actividad que le guste pues asi es mas facil realizarla y se corre menos riesgo de abandonarla pronto.
  • Conéctese con algo que le brinde placer para combatir el estrés. Recomendamos Yoga, Meditación u otras actividades (baile, canto, cerámica, pintura, teatro, etc.)
  • Duerma bien.
