No puede considerarse fitness el tener una alimentación restrictiva porque la base está en una alimentación equilibrada en donde todos los alimentos sean protagonistas. Restringirse genera ansiedad y produce una obsesión con el cuerpo. Es importante entender que los cambios no son inmediatos, se trata de algo progresivo en donde el objetivo es conseguir una mejor calidad de vida.
El resultado del buen estado físico no está en la balanza, sino en la composición corporal, energía y bienestar. Los resultados físicos son simplemente resultado de los buenos hábitos . Es importante que quien esté en este camino valore lo que logró. Si en algún momento se aleja de este hábito la clave está en reconocerlo y siempre está la posibilidad de volver a empezar.
Es importante que entendamos que el fitness no se trata de tener cuerpos perfectos sino de mejorar los hábitos en donde la alimentación y el entrenamiento junto con la motivación y la disciplina cumplen un rol fundamental.
