Recuperá la vitalidad de tu pelo

Si abusaste de los peinados tirantes, el spray fijador, la mousse y ¡hasta brillos!, es momento de darle un respiro a tu melena. Ante todo, es necesario que lo laves con un champú neutro para hacer una limpieza profunda y eliminar todos los restos de producto que puedan haber quedado. Algunas veces, el gel o fijador dejan tan duro y seco el pelo, que es preferible empezar el lavado colocándose acondicionador para que se separen las mechas y, después, seguir con el champú. Una vez que queda abierto a recibir una buena dosis de nutrición e hidratación, es hora de ofrecerle un baño de crema. Procurá que sea libre de siliconas y parabenos. También, podés reemplazarlo por ampollas de aceites naturales como el argán y el coco. Lo esencial es no acostarse a dormir sin remover el maquillaje. La Make Up Artist experta Vero Luna indica que es importantísimo complementar con un gel de limpieza y algún suero reparador con Vitamina C o Ácido Hialurónico para devolverle la hidratación. “Cuando hablamos de limpieza profunda, podemos incorporar un cepillo facial y alguna mascarilla descongestiva o hidratante, dependiendo de la necesidad de la piel”, aconseja Vero. Sus predilectas para el detox son las negras con carbón activado porque llevan las impurezas de la piel a la superficie y las depositan en el producto.

“Si al otro día vas a estar expuesta al sol, protegé la piel con protector solar para que no se deshidrate e incluí un agua termal o tónico refrescante con las propiedades que nombré para mantener el equilibrio de la piel”, agrega.

Controlá tu alimentación

“Hay que aclarar que el detox es un concepto que alimentariamente no existe: después de que te diste un atracón, hay poco que hacer al respecto. Lo ideal sería evitar ese momento”, explica la Licenciada en Nutrición Agustina Leban (M.N 7930). Además, añade que uno de los errores más comunes es no comer nada durante el día de la fiesta sabiendo que a la noche vas a comer un montón. “Lo único que hace esto es que llegues al momento de la cena con mucha más ansiedad y que comas el doble de lo que podrías, superando la capacidad gástrica y causando distensión abdominal”, explica.

Para el mismo día de la fiesta, Agustina dice que una buena opción es probar de todo lo que gustes, pero achicando las cantidades. Elegir un poco de la entrada, otro de los platos principales y porciones chiquitas de los postres. “Tratá de, después de las fiestas, no pasar una semana comiendo mal, porque suele sobrar de todo y repetirse en almuerzos y meriendas”, concluye.
