Receta de ensalada de manzana verde y apio

Esta ensalada de manzana verde y apio es fácil y rápida de preparar. Además, sirve como guarnición de pescados y carnes blancas y también para comerla como plato de entrada.

Ingredientes para 4 personas

  • Un manojo de apio (100 g)
  • 2 manzanas verdes
  • Zumo de limón (al gusto)
  • Aceite de oliva (al gusto)
  • Sal y pimienta (al gusto)
  • 5 nueces
  • 5 hojas de hierbabuena
  • 2 cucharadas de otros frutos secos picados (30 g)
  • Mayonesa (al gusto) (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Primero, lava el apio y sácale las hojas y las partes resecas. Extrae las hebras y córtalo en pequeños cuadrados.
  2. Lava también las manzanas. Pártelas por la mitad y quítales el corazón. Después córtalas en pequeños dados también. Rocia con un poco de zumo de limón para evitar que se oxiden.
  3. A continuación, pica las nueces, los frutos secos y une todo en un recipiente. Adereza con la hierbabuena picada finamente, el aceite, la sal y la pimienta.
  4. Una alternativa para aliñar la ensalada es utilizar la mayonesa. También en el momento de servir se puede espolvorear con algunas almendras y maní fileteados.

  • Mezcla en un tazón la mostaza, con el resto de ingredientes y bate hasta que queden bien unidos.
  • Aliña la ensalada con esta salsa.

Receta gourmet de ensalada de manzana verde y apio

En esta receta, se incorporan otros ingredientes como el aguacate, que aporta cremosidad a la ensalada.El toque gourmet lo dan las gambas y el surimi. Un entrante perfecto para sorprender a los invitados.

Ingredientes para 6 personas

  • 3 manzanas verdes (tipo Granny Smith)
  • 1 manojo de apio
  • 1 cebolla pequeña
  • ½ aguacate
  • El jugo de 1 limón
  • Lechuga
  • 2 tazas de gambas peladas y congeladas (300 g)
  • 10 barritas de surimi
  • 3 cucharadas de mayonesa (60 g)
  • Sal (al gusto)

Preparación

  1. Primero, pela las manzanas y quítales el corazón. Córtalas en dados pequeños, rocia con zumo de limón para que no se oxiden y reserva.
  2. Elimina las hebras del apio y córtalo primero a lo largo y luego a lo ancho, en dados del mismo tamaño que la manzana. Reserva.
  3. Después, pela el palta, quítale el hueso y córtalo también en cubos. Rocia con zumo de limón y reserva.
  4. Pela también la cebolla y pícala finamente. Limpia y trocea el surimi y reserva.
  5. Por otro lado,blanquea las gambas en agua hirviendo con sal por un minuto. Retira y refresca en agua con hielo. Después, escúrrelas bien y córtalas en tres.
  6. En un recipiente grande, mezcla todos los ingredientes. Sazona con sal y añade la mayonesa. Mezcla bien para aliñar la ensalada.
  7. Por último, sirve decorandocada porción con hojas de lechuga cortadas en tiras.
